Every illustration is uniquely AI-generated from the hero you design, so your child stays recognizable throughout — small artistic differences from scene to scene are natural, and part of what makes each book one of a kind.
Each child gets their own section — their tales, their hero — in one shared book.
Printed especially for one child — printing takes about 3–5 business days, then your book ships (most orders arrive in about 10–14 business days total). Standard or Express only changes delivery speed after printing, not the printing time. Your scan-to-listen read-along is emailed the same day you order. Personalized orders can't be returned, but damaged, misprinted, or incorrect books are reprinted or refunded.

Add the child's first name, age range, story language, and a trait when you personalize. An adult confirms authority to order before checkout.
How it works
Qissa and its service providers use the first name provided, your story settings, and the generated story + illustrations to make the book and run its QR read-along. Anyone who has the book or its link can open the read-along. We keep the online story while its read-along is active — at least 10 years, renewed free while we run the service. Turning it off stops the QR immediately and removes the story from our active systems within 30 days. Deleting can't change what's already printed in the book.
Returns & reprints: Because every book is personalized and made just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges. If your book arrives damaged or misprinted, we'll reprint and ship a new one free — just email support@qissa-stories.com within 30 days with a photo.
Natural scene-to-scene variation in the illustrations is expected and isn't considered a defect. Free reprints cover books that arrive damaged, misprinted, or with a materially wrong detail (like the child's name).
International: International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes on delivery, which are the recipient's responsibility.

Do you offer returns?
Because every book is uniquely made for one child, we can't accept returns — but if it arrives damaged or misprinted we'll reprint or refund it, no hassle.
