Terms of service

These terms govern purchases from books.qissa-stories.com, operated by Ark Horizon LLC ("Qissa," "we").
• Adults only. This store is intended for adults purchasing on behalf of a child. By ordering you confirm you are 18+ and are the child's parent or guardian or have their permission (see the Children's Book Privacy Notice).
• Personalized goods. Books are made to order and are non-returnable except as described in our Return and Refund policy.
• Your content. You're responsible for the details you submit (name, settings). We may decline or cancel orders containing unlawful, offensive, or infringing content, with a refund.
• Our content. The generated stories and illustrations are for your personal, non-commercial use; Qissa retains ownership of its templates, characters, and underlying materials.
• Read-along service. The QR read-along is provided while we operate the service (committed at least 10 years). We may improve or change it; we won't add ads or tracking to it.
• Liability. The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Governed by the laws of Texas, USA.
